Water jet cutting

At the end of year 2022 we have added to our portfolio water jet cutter PTV. Working table dimensions are 4000×2000. High pressure pump generates the water pressure of over 400MPA. The benefit of cutting by water jet cutter is final treatment of material (or semiproduct) without other additional changes. During the process there is no change in thermic properties of material. It makes minimal cutting gap. The machine is equipped by spherical/self-aligning head and can cut at an 45° angle. It can be used to cut foam materials, plastic, rubber, plywood, balsa tree, flooring material, fiberglass, composite materials, technical and advertising plastic, electro-insulating, thermic-insulating materials, marble/limestone, granite, sandstone, glass, tiles, alloys of aluminium, copper, nickel and steel (construction, alloyed, tool, heat treated as well as extremely hard) in thickness of up to 300mm.

 

Laser cutting

It is performed on laser machine ERMAKSAN with table of 1550×3100 which allows treatment of sheets of dimensions up to 1500×3000. Cutting thicknes of stainless steel materials are from 0,5mm up to 14mm and cutting of steel plates/sheets is also possible from thickness of 0,5mm up to 20mm.

We work on laser cutting machine NUKON with a table of dimensions 1550×3100, which comfortably enables us to process metal sheets with dimensions of 1500×3000. We can cut stainless steel material within the thickness of 0,5mm up to 10mm and divide metal sheets with thickness from 0,5mm up to 20mm.

 

Laser cutting of profile

Diving closed /tubes/ and open /U, UPE, L, C, …/  profiles in maximal length of 6100mm. Treating tubes in dimensions 20-350mm and profiles in dimensions: 20×20 – 245×245, output of laser 4kW.

 

3D printing of parts

The printing of plastic parts is ensured on the latest 3D printer from the manufacturer “Prusa, version MK4”. The Prusa MK4 is built on a new 32-bit connected architecture and a next-generation extruder (Nextruder). It lays down a perfect first layer every time without Live Adjust Z and has support for high-speed printing with Input Shapeper and Pressure Advance. The advantage of the device is the printing of a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, Flex, Nylon, ASA, PVA, PC, PP, composites and others. The working area of the device is 250x210x220mm. The closed concept of the device ensures a constant temperature during printing, thereby increasing the quality of printed parts.

 

Sandblasting / Balloting

We offer sandblasting in a fully aic sandblasting cabin for steel products with dimensions of 1500 mm in height and 1200 mm in diameter. This aic process enables high-quality surface treatment, as a pre-treatment before subsequent surface treatment, or just the removal of surface corrosion or steel scale. We sandblast smaller steel parts in a manual cabin with dimensions of 1200x800x800. It is also possible to use this cabin for decolorizing stainless steel welds and their aesthetic treatment.

We sandblast (ballotin) the stainless steel parts. It is the final method of processing the surface of metals with glass granules. Sandblasting with glass balls ensures that there is no contamination of the stainless steel material. Balloting not only improves the appearance of the blasted object, but also improves the corrosion properties. The size of the working space of the cabin is 4500x2500x8000.

 

CNC bending

With the use of many bending tools we can shape plenty of metal sheets according to production documentation up to the legth of 3100mm thanks to aic press brake Ermaksan speed bend-pro and service-electric press  brake SafanDarley E-Brake 80 Premium.

 

Welding TIG, MIG/MAG

We do welding of stainless steel and iron material by the TIG, MIG/MAG methods. We have a separate welding workroom for stainless steel where we can ensure the highest quality of welding without contaminating the stainless steel by iron dust.

Drilling

It is a complementary operation which is mostly performed on horizontal drill or by hand. We also do deepen holes into individual pieces.

 

Thread milling/Tapping

It is also a complementary operation which needs to be done sometime during the production process.

 

Turning and milling operations

Most of the production on turning and milling machines HAAS is a complementary production to more complicated sets for welding or as a complete set done on direct demand by the customer.

 

Metal grinding / Deburring

An operation during which we remove top layer from the surface of the material, minimise and round the edges, remove faults from the surface or faults which appeared during bending.

 

Processing of composite plates

Our experience with processing of composite plates and technology enable us to produce different shapes and bent parts from composite materials which are used as outer walls of buildings, production of advertising banners and other parts.

 

Laser engraving

As additional service that we offer is engraving by fiber laser. Working table is 200x200mm. Maximal depth of engraving is 1,2mm. Fiber laser i sused for marking /labeling metal pieces /steel, stainless steel and non-ferous metals/.

 

Bending and tube forming

This service is an inevitable part of machinery production and that is why we have obtained technology that can be used to bend and form these materials from company AKYAPAK.
